Delivery times
Orders to the United States typically arrive in 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on your location and local postal service.
We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package at any time using the link in that email.
Duties and taxes included
All import duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will never be charged on delivery. This is our promise: if you are ever billed at the door for any reason, contact us immediately and we will refund the charge the same day, no questions asked.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, your choice.
